About the project
Hamster Kombat is a Telegram-based tap-to-earn game built around a simple viral loop: users tap, upgrade a crypto exchange run by a hamster CEO, complete daily tasks, search for combo cards, and invite friends through referral mechanics.
The product grew at exceptional speed and became a recognizable case in Web3 and game marketing. The challenge was not only to support organic traction, but also to build a structured marketing system around traffic, content, influencers, performance campaigns, analytics, and retention.
Challenge
Viral traffic can bring millions of users, but without a controlled acquisition and retention system, this traffic quickly burns out. The project had huge attention, but needed clearer campaign management, stronger creative quality, better channel coordination, and measurable performance logic.
We had to turn fragmented growth into a marketing machine: define the funnel, improve creative production, structure influencer placements, support Telegram and community activity, prepare audiences for token-related communication, and connect acquisition channels with analytics.

Structured influencer placements across crypto and gaming channels, with daily combo mechanics helping drive repeated visits, video engagement, and return sessions inside the game.
Launched test-and-scale UA campaigns, optimized onboarding and retention flow, connected traffic sources with in-game events, and prepared automated dashboards for campaign control.
