About the project

A Telegram tap-to-earn game that turned simple mechanics into a global Web3 phenomenon

Hamster Kombat is a Telegram-based tap-to-earn game built around a simple viral loop: users tap, upgrade a crypto exchange run by a hamster CEO, complete daily tasks, search for combo cards, and invite friends through referral mechanics.

The product grew at exceptional speed and became a recognizable case in Web3 and game marketing. The challenge was not only to support organic traction, but also to build a structured marketing system around traffic, content, influencers, performance campaigns, analytics, and retention.

Challenge

Scale viral growth without losing retention, quality, and control

Viral traffic can bring millions of users, but without a controlled acquisition and retention system, this traffic quickly burns out. The project had huge attention, but needed clearer campaign management, stronger creative quality, better channel coordination, and measurable performance logic.

We had to turn fragmented growth into a marketing machine: define the funnel, improve creative production, structure influencer placements, support Telegram and community activity, prepare audiences for token-related communication, and connect acquisition channels with analytics.

What we did

Built a game marketing system from research and content to influencers, UA, ASO, and analytics

This case combined game marketing, Web3 growth, viral strategy, performance campaigns, community management, creative production, and analytics. Each layer had its own KPI, but the overall funnel was connected from awareness to acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization readiness.

Content strategy and copywriting

Created a unified tone of voice, content direction, post formats, ad copy, onboarding messages, and communication logic for Telegram, YouTube, X/Twitter, and paid ads.

Creative production and video advertising

Produced static ads, motion creatives, short-form video concepts, UGC scripts, meme formats, and localized ad variations for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and paid campaigns.

Influencer marketing and YouTube campaigns

Structured influencer placements across crypto and gaming channels, with daily combo mechanics helping drive repeated visits, video engagement, and return sessions inside the game.

Performance, ASO, analytics, and automation

Launched test-and-scale UA campaigns, optimized onboarding and retention flow, connected traffic sources with in-game events, and prepared automated dashboards for campaign control.

FAQ

Turnkey digital marketing includes strategy development, SEO, paid search advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, analytics, and automation. We build a system that attracts customers and increases sales.

Website development cost depends on project complexity: a landing page, corporate website, or a complex web service. Pricing is defined after discussing the goals and required functionality.

SEO usually shows first results in 2-4 months, while stable traffic growth starts in 4-6 months depending on the niche and level of competition.

Paid search delivers fast results, while SEO works for the long term. In most cases, the best approach is to use both channels together.
